Located in Jl. Mangga Besar Raya No 38, just around the corner of Tosoto a shop that specialized selling Soto (soup).
Direction from Husada hospital straight to Hayam Wuruk, this kiosk is located before MG sports house.

I gave this bakmi 7 out of 10.

Don't judge a book by it's cover, is applicable for this one small kiosk selling specialized noodle combined with ca siu (roasted pork), and most of the time should also taste specially fried pork meatball. This noodle kiosk is operated by 2 brothers. The older brother opens in the morning and the younger brother at night (start from 7pm, Jakarta time).

Please enjoy the picture, as I enjoy the juicy noodle.

Located in Jl. Susilo Raya, Grogol, West Jakarta. Acing is just another noodle place for me.

I gave this noodle 7 out of 10.

The texture of the noodle is also similar with Asui, but the way they serve is different.
Normal order will get the chicken inside the soup, but today I order double chicken, so in the bowl and in the soup.

Enjoy the picture as I enjoy the noodle, more noodle shop coming soon.

Sorry no vegetable, as I am a pure vegetarian. So I always save the vegie but not having it.

Bakmi Asui - Noodle by Asui

Located in Jalan Tanjung Duren III E No 234, it is one of my favorite noodle.

I gave this noodle 9.5 out of 10.
Why I gave this noodle such a high score? Well, first is the soup, the soup is just made from water, salt, and essence of boiled chicken. Then the noodle, it's so yummy, then the homemade chili with spicy, sour, sweet in one place and lastly they serve it quite fast even when they have people lining-up to eat. What a feeling!!!

The way they prepare the noodle is very simple: a bowl of noodle with a portion of boiled chicken (thigh or breast).
Then you mix to your liking with chili and union leaf, the best thing is the chicken is an organic,  we called it ayam kampung. The texture of the noodle is chewy compared to ordinary noodle, this is how bakmi karet should be prepared.

Please remember not to come on Monday, Asui always close on Monday. And if you like to have noodle on Saturday or Sunday, make sure you come early, they usually closed before lunchtime (no more noodles).

Share your thought.
